1796 Cavalry Sword with older blade
One of my favourite things I have picked up for a while lovely old 1796 cavalry sword with an earlier inscribed blade of about. 1750/60s , some damage to grip which is repairable but I think that adds to the charm of this very special sword , the blade has lots of old inscriptions to it , if swords could talk I am sure this one would have a very interesting story to tell , displays so well
