Rare 1730 pattern English basket hilted Cavalry Officers sword. Turned wooden grip. Hammered basket hilt with double S and fluted bar work and iron pommel. Curved single edged and single fullered blade. There are no visible markings. General old pitting to blade but in sound condition.

Approximately 85cm overall and blade 68.5cm.
