Antique William IV / early Victorian 19C pine bookcase cupboard on table stand.

The bookcase has its original mahogany scumble finish, which may have been touched up understandably during later times.

Lovely proportions, age and colour.

These are very rare and this one has a great patina.

Wonderful, characterful piece of antique furniture.

2 adjustable shelves in the top section (although there is space for a third).

In our opinion, the bookcase is a bit special, quite ornate and unusual.

The back of the bookcase is lined in an early velour embossed wall paper, which is old and a little tatty in places.

Splits into two parts for transport.

Overall dimensions 1200mmW x 420mmD x 2110mmH.

There is no key. There are some historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations as one would expect given the age of this piece of furniture.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
