William 1V Mahogany Pedestal 3 Tier Collapsible Dumb Waiter. The circular top tier having half round edge. The central tier having raised edge. The lower tier having a dished top. These held by square pillars. The top tier lowers to the central tier and the lower tier at the same time rises to the centre. All on octagonal column running into petal and leaf carved base with shaped collar below. Sitting on triform platform with a moulding running around the sides. All on bun feet having hidden castors.
