William1V Rosewood Adjustable Pedestal Reading Table. The shaped top rises, slides and tilts.also having removable shaped book rest with brass page holders. The top sits on a brass column with cast swanneck top which can be adjusted in height and having brass rail with a button catch to adjust sideways also a brass screw to adjust the angle. The supporting boulbous turned column having leaf cast brass top and 'Melon' carving sitting on shaped leaf carved collar on a circular platform base. All on 4 carved paw feet. The column is detachable from base having wood screw.
