One of if not the best Naval Swords I have had the pleasure in owning, made by Wilkinson number 41649. Which I am told dates it to 1907 , The retailer was Gieves Mathews Seagroves of Portsmouth,
The blade is imacculate and in fact is a Scottish double fuller blade it comes in very clean original scabbard ,has original knot and an unusual release on the guard ,
It’s a very special sword and I am in two minds wether to keep it very very hard to upgrade on this one .
