Small mid 19th.c. Welsh dresser base from Anglesey in North Wales c.1860. Useful small size, just 55" wide. Oak plank top with an applied mahogany moulding. With three drawers over a two door cupboard and fixed centre panel, fitted with a long shelf inside (internal depth 17"). Oak frame, mahogany drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and turned rosewood knobs. Arch top mahogany panels within raised mouldings and a particularly attractive shaped apron in oak across the bottom edge. Deal sides with original scumbled finish. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
