A good quality solid walnut occasional reading book table. Standing on a tripod base with outswept legs and a turned central column. The bookshelf has 3 divisions each with walnut and brass galleries and a brass lined candle holder.The central bulbous turned column supports the 14'' thumb moulded top. This table has the maker's label for WILLIAM GERRARD "fancy cabinet maker" Lyndhurst, Hants. (see last photo.). Sizes- Height...25.5''...65cm. Top Diameter...14''...35cm.
