A lovely red enamel Stratton makeup compact which is ideal for all loose face powder and also for Rimmel Stay Matte and all sizes of pressed face powder pans measuring between 60 mm - 67 mm diameter. The red enamel is decorated with golden roses / rose buds with brown and grey foliage. The compact is in good condition. There isn't any signs of any powder residue. It is presented with the original puff, sifter, quilted paper insert and inspection docket. An immaculate pouch is included. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. This 1970s Stratton Convertible compact is signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. The catches and hinges work perfectly. The powder well is stamped with PAT. 764125 which is a Stratton brand patent.
