An enchanting 1950s Stratton Princess loose powder compact which is presented with the original box, sifter, puff and pouch. The lid is embellished with a ballet themed scene. The compact is in good condition. This compact is fitted with an automatic opening inner lid which works perfectly, as do all hinges and clasps. The base is decorated with smooth tone gold stars. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 91 grams.

The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection.

There is age related haze on the mirror.
