A charming watercolour scene of a stile looking over a corn field to a cottage in the distance, a lovely summer scene. The work is by William Vivian Tippett a recorded artist who exhibited at Sussex Street gallery and lived in Bristol. The work is mounted in a period gilt frame and signed and dated 1876. The painting is in excellent condition and of a good bright colour. The frame has suffered over the years and has a few scratches, these show up in the photos under the flash, but are not so obvious in reality.

Where charges are made for delivery we try to be as cost effective as possible on your behalf. Deliveries can be organised all over the world so please do ask wherever you are.
