A lovely late Victorian period walnut hall, or hat, stand. Very well constructed in solid walnut timber with style influences from the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau periods. With a complete set of solid brass hanging hooks and a storage box with a lift-up lid. The mirror is fitted with its original beveled plate glass and is in very good order. Decorated with ceramic tiles , possibly by Burmantoffs. The original drip trays are present in the base. A highly practical and also aesthetically pleasing piece of antique furniture. Offered for sale in excellent original condition, ready to go straight into the home.
