An attractive early Victorian freestanding rosewood table. The rectangular top having beautifully figured rosewood veneer and rounded corners. The back and front having matching shaped friezes with applied solid rosewood carved "C" scrolls and finished with a central decorative cartouche. The dual ends with fluted bulbous turnings to circular carved supports which rest on dome shaped turnings. The shaped legs with French style scroll feet, carved "C" scrolls and original brass castors.
This attractive double sided table would look great either behind a sofa, as a centre table, side table or library table. A1 condition and good colour.
