This is a wonderful sideboard. It is a breakfront made in mahogany and is Victorian dating to the 1850s. What I love about this sideboard is that it is not huge. These breakfronts can be vast but this is only 69 inches wide. (You will still need a good space for it.) The sideboard is also elegantly simple in design with recessed panel doors, a plinth base and an arched mirror above.

The sideboard is beautifully fitted. The cupboards have drawers with campaign handles and sliding shelves and a baize lined cellarette. The central cupboard is shelved and there is a blind drawer above. This sideboard offers a lot of storage.

The sideboard is in good condition. The mahogany is that wonderful golden red colour. No sign of damage or worm. The mirror is clean with the odd age mark as you would expect.

This is a beautiful mirror back sideboard. It is very crisp for its age and is a handsome piece if you have a grand dining room.

The sideboard is 69 inches wide and 36 inches high with the mirror a further 43 inches higher still and it is 26 inches deep.
