Antique quality Victorian 19th Century mahogany chesterfield sofa settee.
Rare and attractive....better than most....lovely turned front legs.
Note that the terracotta cushions are not included.
Very heavy and strong, with no loose joints. Good sprung seat, with no nasty lumps and bumps.
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
The sofa has recently been reupholstered in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light cream/oatmeal colour.
Overall maximum dimensions
178cmW x 80cmD x 62cmH (37cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture. Dissimilar period castors (some wear as one would expect).
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
