A good quality late Victorian Gothic Revival oak dining table and set of 5 chairs in honey coloured oak dating from circa 1890. The table with oversailing top above turned rail sides on carved and turned legs with brass and ceramic casters united by double cross stretcher. The chairs consisting of 4 singles and 1 carver, with shaped top rails over turned rail backs with solid seats on carved and turned legs. In well figured oak very solid and sturdy would make great kitchen or dining set. There are numbers stamped underneath the chairs and table: 20807 and 20808.
