Antique Victorian Regency crossbanded loo breakfast table.
This is a lovely table, which is full of character, age and charm. Attractive cossbanded top and period brass lions paw castors (some wear).
We are unsure of the exact age of this table, but believe that it originates from either the Regency or Victorian periods.
Nice compact dimensions with simple design.
There have been some historic repairs to the tripod base, including some steel strap strengthening to the underside, but all is solid now with no loose joints and very little play in the catch. The table seems to have been reveneered at some point in its distant past.
1060mmL x 745mmW x 710mmH ( 1310mmH with the top up).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, distortion, imperfections, scratches, chips, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture and generally desirable. Veneer imperfections and repairs as is usual and to be expected.
