Here is a superb quality Victorian wardrobe.

C1860.

This handsome Victorian wardrobe has the most striking burr walnut veneers of superior quality, which are simply stunning, and beautifully figured. To each side is rosewood, again of superior quality and beautifully figured.

The wardrobe has a break-front moulded cornice, above a deep frieze and a large central mirrored door with lock.

The two outer doors have arched moulded panels, the interiors have the original brass hanging rails, with superb quality mahogany large hanging pegs to the back and sides. The right side having a very charming original hat or shoe box.

The central mirrored door opens to reveal four mahogany linen slides, with an arrangement of drawers below, having two short over two long solid mahogany drawers, with brass handles.

With the original fabric lining to the interior.

Standing on a moulded break-front plinth base.

The colour of the wood is truly outstanding, rich, golden and glowing.

Bees-waxed and polished.

Very solid, sturdy and strong.

The wardrobe dismantles into five sections, to ease with transporting and moving.
