A superb mid-Victorian period stretcher table. Of very good construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers to the top. Of generous proportions and of lobed serpentine shape. Embellished with crisply carved "show-wood" decorations throughout. The top surrounded with 2 stepped bands of carved detailing. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
