Very rare William Morris Sussex three seat settee
Very rare Arts & Crafts William Morris ebonised Sussex three seat settee in untouched original condition having been abandoned in an old cottage for decades.
It stands firm but with a glued break to the right hand arm where it joins the rush. The original rush guard at the edges is in place.
Some loss of the ebonised finish to the front can be seen
The rush is the original but some rush strands are broken.
This has not been touched except to move some cobwebs!
Dimensions: Height 86cms. Width 160cms. Depth 40cms. Seat height 47cms. PLEASE NOTE, RED HOUSE ANTIQUES HAS NOW RETIRED.
