A very large (6ft. X 4ft.) and good quality George III figured mahogany pedestal partners desk. The rectangular cross banded and thumb moulded edge top having a top quality inset hand dyed green leather writing surface with blind and gold tooling. One side having 9 graduated and mahogany lined drawers with brass ring pulls the reverse having 3 conforming drawers and 2 cupboards which open to shelved interiors. The whole raised on off set plinth bases with hidden castors below. This desk is wonderfull condition, with no splits to the pedestals, mahogany lined throughout and with working brass locks and keys. Ready for use in the home or office.
