This is a lovely early English oak dresser base in superb condition. The twin plank oak top over deep ogee moulded frieze, with matching ogee mouldings to the apron. Three large and robust oak lined drawers with full original oak linings. The barrel turned legs continuous with the stiles. The whole having lovely colour and patina. Both rear legs have been retipped by about an inch at the base - this is professionally done and a 19th century piece of restoration which is very well blended and usual in dressers of this great age. All the timber original including the backboard and retaining original finish.
