Very Fine early Georgian 3 foot wlanut tallboy walnut tallboy chest %%alt5%%
Here we have probably the best small size mid 18th century walnut tallboy I have ever seen.

Mid 18th century 3 foot wide figured walnut tallboy in TOTALLY ORIGINAL condition. Very nicely grained figured walnut veneered drawer fronts with herring-bone inlay and thick cock-beadings. Drawers are all oak lined with iron locks and original brass fretted plate handles.

The ends are also very nicely grained walnut with wide cross banding at the front. Very nice shape original bracket feet. The most georgous patination and colour only acheived from many years of waxing.

One or two old veneer repairs as you would exepct and a couple of the iron locks are later but otherwise this piece is in un-touched condition and such a lovely small size.
