A real rarity! A very pretty 30hr longcase clock timepiece with alarm. The 3 wheel, plated frame, rope driven movement with side mounted alarm mechanism. The 8” wide dial signed Thomas Rogers, Bath on the boss (listed 1742- d.1781). Lovely single hand & good matting. The beautifully proportioned solid mahogany case is tall & slim, with a lovely long door. The hood with blind frets & dentil moulding.
