Good looking tall open bookshelves in walnut c.1905. Useful dimensions being five feet tall but just 36" wide. Solid walnut top with a moulded edge over an unusual reeded frieze. Open bookcase with four adjustable shelves (depth 9½") affording over 13 feet of shelf space. Flanked with fluted pilasters carved with flower head roundels. Solid walnut sides, moulded plinth with shaped detail to the feet. Repairs to the veneers on the plinth, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
