SUPERB late 18th century George III Irish HAREWOOD and inlaid Gents dressing and writing table probably made by WILLIAM MOORE of DUBLIN.

This beautiful table is in UN-TOUCHED ORIGINAL condition and displays some of the best features of late 18th century cabinet making. The piece is beautifully made of harewood veneer, inlaid throughout in a very tasteful manner with inked decoration also.

The lift top reveals a fully fitted interior including an adjustable central mirror. The mirror can be adjusted in angle as well as sliding from front to back. The inside of the top is also veneered in harewood.

The drawer beneath has an adjustable leather topped writing slope inside.

There are no repairs that I can see at all and the table displays wonderful original colour and patination with waxed finish.

One of the nicest pieces of Irish antique furniture I have ever owned.
