Stunning 18thC Welsh Oak Coffor Bach
A beautiful and rare little Welsh Oak Coffor Bach for striking simple form c1770, purchased from a historic town house in the centre of Brecon, Mid Wales.
In outstanding condition with incredible depth of colour and patina. Retaining original blacksmith made hinges and standing on traditional bracket feet. The beauty of this piece lies in its unpretentious simplicity, perfect proportions and carefully selected timber with amazing grain, all combining to make the most gorgeous looking of pieces.
