A Stripped and Waxed Georgian Pine chest of Five drawers
This a good sound pine chest, the large five drawer version like this one is becoming a lot less common these days.
The chest has a moulded edge to the top and stands on a shaped plinth, it has two short drawers at the top and three longer graduated drawers beneath, the drawers have their original old turned wooden knobs and brass escutcheons and the original blue sugar paper linings still look good
This is a very good quality, sturdy chest of drawers, and it all works well .
