Sawback hunting sword . Very probably continental dating from 1720-40 short clip back curved blade aprox 22 inches with the saw back edge starting just below the scallop shell guard . The saw 13 inches long. Thick Stag hilt with a brass knuckle bow and scallop shell guard . The blade is firm in the hilt and there is no movement to the handle at all . Dark age patina on the blade the saw still holds a sharp edge.
