A very attractive, small, Edwardian period mahogany open bookcase with two banks of shelves, each containing two shelves, all shelves can be easily adjusted in height or removed as necessary. Both the quality and condition of this bookcase are excellent and it has its fine original colour and polished surface. Sizes: 40 ½ “(103cms) wide, 11”(28cms) deep, 39”(99cms) high. Sizes of shelves: 17”(43cms) wide, 8 ½ “(22cms) deep. Date circa 1910. I have been in the antiques business since 1962, starting in the family business in Staffordshire.
In the early 1970’s I moved to Hertfordshire where I opened my own business and created a limited company.
Today, my business is carried out via the internet. Any successful antiques business, and particularly mine, remains a way of life and a hobby, it continues to give me enormous enjoyment and satisfaction.

I source my stock through many contacts built up over the years. This continues to consist of carefully chosen high quality 17th 18th and 19th century of furniture, particularly specialising in articles with their own fine original colour and also many interesting smaller items of the same periods.
