A fabulous George III mahogany chest of four graduated, oak lined, cock beaded drawers standing on bracket feet. This well proportioned chest has its original brass handles and escutcheon plates. The colour and patina of this piece are superb. There are minor historic restorations to two areas of the top, these are very small and have been done very well. It is difficult to see them without careful scrutiny and they do not detract from the beauty of the chest. This is a really beautiful piece, with a wonderful colour and great proportions, a perfect addition to any home.
