An attractive George I style small freestanding walnut kneehole desk. The book matched and cross banded top above a full width drawer above the recessed cupboard door with decorative applied mouldings and flanked by an arrangement of 6 small drawers all cockbeaded and crossbanded and retaining good quality brass back plate swan neck handles. The desk is supported on ogee shaped bracket feet and has hardwood linings and working locks with keys. Condition- very good with wonderful patina fully cleaned and waxed in our own workshop. Dimensions:- Height…30’’/ 76cm. Width…32’’/ 81cm. Depth…17.5’’/ 44.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55.
