Beautiful small size 18th century George III mahogany chest of drawers in fine original condition. Only 34" wide with four long drawer configuration. The drawers have been beautifully veneered in top quality mahogany with the grain running right through from top to bottom. The drawers have cock beaded edges, original iron locks and original brass swan neck handles. The drawers are lined complete in oak.

The chest stands on its original bracket feet. The top has a simple quarter round moulding to the edge and is similarly veneered in top quality mahogany, the ends are solid mahogany.

The top has some minor veneer cracking and the natural joint to the sides is slightly open.

The chest of drawers is a wonderful original colour with deep patination from years of waxing.
