Compact Chest of Drawers - Yew Crossbanding - c1800
A quality compact sized Georgian chest of five drawers in fine mahogany benefiting from very attractive cross-banding to the upper and to the drawer fronts.

The piece is excellently constructed and in great condition.

Five drawers in the classic 'two over three' configuration offer great storage and practicality.

Riding upon Hepplewhite splayed feet the chest has excellent proportions and displays fine deep colour throughout. The piece benefits from high quality inlay throughout with yew cross-banding and stringing to the upper surface and the drawer fronts.

Overall a very desirable smaller Georgian chest in good order that catches the eye and will perform as a hugely stylish item of antique furniture.
