Circa 1900, unusual inlaid Sheraton style mahogany duet stool. The large stuffover seat is held in place by close brass studs. The seat is hinged with a retaining brass arm and inside are two polished sections. The apron on all sides has large satinwood and kingwood crossbanding, and the whole piece stands on square tapering legs with string inlay. Good stylish stool.
