A good Sheraton revival mahogany and satinwood crossbanded, polychrome decorated Pembroke table.The two drop leaves lift to form an oval with satinwood cross banding between boxwood and ebony stringing and decorated with hand painted musical instruments, floral swags and sheet music. The bow fronted ends with 1 real and 1 false drawer with conforming floral swags decoration and brass ring handles. The table is raised on square tapering legs with painted graduated harebells. Condition- Very good and original with ivorine makers label below. Dimensions:- Height…28.5’’/ 72.5cm. Width…30.5’’/ 77.5cm. Depth Closed…20’’/ 51cm. Open Depth…41’’/ 104cm.
