Sheraton period mahogany chest of drawers circa 1820 ,good colour, and very pretty with the combinations of oval paterae inlays applied to the frieze and, classical urns to each side of the chest with contrasting boxwood and ebony stringing to the top and also the carcase and drawer fronts making for a beautiful yet functional piece of antique furniture. This well proportioned chest of drawers which has 5 spacious drawers complimented by brass oval back plate handles, standing on elegantly swept bracket feet to complete this fine piece of early 19th mahogany furniture.
