fantastic quality set of six carved walnut chairs, the backs intricately carved with lions, crowns, scrolls etc with bergere cane work panels and turned reeded supports, bergere cane work seats with beautifully sewn tapestry pads and standing on wonderfully carved legs with ball and claw feet and bobbin turned stretchers.
in very good condition with the cane work intact and only minimal scuffs commensurate with age and use, these fabulous chairs really are most handsome and eye catching and are definitely not done justice by the photographs.
