Set of Six 19thC Farmhouse Dining Chairs
An exceptional set of early 19th Century rush seated fruitwood farmhouse dining chairs of beautiful design from the Cheshire/Lancashire region.
In outstanding condition, original throughout and without fault. Constructed from wonderfully figured timber with gorgeous colour and rich patina, the soft rush seats and smooth timber surfaces offering very comfortable seating even for prolonged dining evenings.
Of standard dining chair height, their construction is strong and stable and they are suitable for daily use. A perfect set of elegant country chairs.
We are happy to offer mainland UK delivery with our specialist courier at no additional charge with these chairs and are always happy to provide further images and details upon request.
Every item we sell is treated to prevent against insect attack upon arrival to ourselves as a matter of professional practice. Welsh Vernacular is an independent family business run by husband and wife Jonathon and Yvonne Holder. We are the largest and one of the longest established Welsh Antiques businesses in the UK, holding an extensive collection of Country Furniture, Welsh Antiques, Pottery, Treen and Folk Art.
Our stock is carefully selected buy ourselves using over 50 years combined experience. We only buy items that we would be happy to have in our own home ensuring each piece is the very best example of its type, honest, true and desirable.
