Set of 8 Rush Seat Ladderback Dining Chairs c.1930
Good quality set of 8 Georgian style rush seat ladderback dining chairs c.1930. Six chairs plus two matching carver armchairs. Straight back rests with shaped rungs between turned nipple top rear stiles. Woven rush seats raised on turned front legs, continuing beyond the seats to form arm supports on the carvers. With raised pad feet and turned stretchers at he fronts. Simple spindle stretchers to the sides and rear. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
