Rare set of 8 mid 19th.c. rosewood dining chairs. c.1850. The attractive flowing form of the back is repeated in the seat and continues down through the cabriole leg. Unusual, elegantly carved detail on the back rests. The upholstery is not new but perfectly serviceable.
