Antique set of 6 Victorian 19C mahogany dining chairs.
A great rare find, with fantastic proportions and styling.
Nice mid brown mahogany colour, with age, patina and charm.
Solid and heavy, with no loose joints.
The seats have recently been reupholstered in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light cream/oatmeal colour.
Overall maximum dimensions
49cmW x 48cmD x 86cmH (44cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. We have not inspected beneath the upholstery. The chairs have had historic repairs, restoration and refinishing.
