A super set of 6 + 2 late Georgian dining chairs in mahogany with drop-in seats. The backs to the chairs have a carved centre stay and a swept back top rail. The front legs are turned and reeded. The seats have been stripped out and traditionally reupholstered in horse hair. These chairs are made from a good dense Cuban mahogany C.1825
