Fine set of eight large George II style walnut dining chairs c.1930. Six chairs and a pair of larger matching carver armchairs. Exuberant shapely frames with superb carved detail to the cresting rails and back splats. Acanthus leaf carving to the arms over shaped seats with lift out pads and moulded edges. Raised on cabriole legs with large acanthus spray to the front and ball and claw feet all round. Excellent colour and condition with serviceable covers. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
