An interesting and attractive set of 4 inlaid rosewood chairs. From the late aesthetic period of the 19th century. Made in solid rosewood and decorated with inlaid floral motifs. Very stylised lines and design features used in their manufacture, possibly by James Shoolbred and co. (although not marked). The upholstery is in serviceable condition, although not perfect.
