Rocket Lamp in Teak and Cream Spun Fibreglass
An original, iconic 60s rocket lamp, with teak tripod legs and spun fibreglass shade. These lamps became very popular in the 60s and 70s, usually in shades of orange and yellow this one is a pearlescent cream which shimmers when unlit, and glow warmly when lit.
Dimensions: Height 112cm, Shade Diameter 15cm, Overall Diameter 26cm.
The lamp is in very good original condition there is a small dent/split next to one of the brass pins (see last picture). The lamp takes 2 standard bayonet cap (B22) bulbs and has a long flex in white. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures. The lamp has been tested and is in working order. However as with all vintage electrical items, the buyer should consider seeking professional advice and testing.
