A rare Mouseman oak book stand / lecturn dated 1947 with a carved crest to the front that reads " The Publicity Club of Leeds " and " The Advertising Association " , with the latin motto " pro rege et lege " .
On the rear is a silver plaque engraved " In Memory of Vice President W.C .Strachan Chairman 1946 - 1947 ".
An inset carved mouse to one side , adzed to the yop and sides .
