A good quality French brass cased striking carriage antique clock by Richard & Co of Paris. A well proportioned brass case with an enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. A solid carrying handle. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. The original lever escapement. Push button repeating. The original carrying box. Circa 1890.
