Regency Rosewood & Brass Inlaid Chiffonier
Very fine quality and elegant Regency rosewood and brass inlaid slim chiffonier.
There is a 3/4 pierced gallery top to the shelf, below, the up stand with floral brass inlay and flanked by a pair of fine turned column supports.
Two drawers with brass inlay and dovetailed joints.
There is a full width drawer in the frieze with further brass inlay above the two door cupboard, which is again finished with further brass inlays and flanked by a pair of shaped side supports with inlays.
A useful piece for a hall, but would fit nicely into an alcove too perhaps, could even make a good drinks cabinet too.
Measuring:
49 3/4” or 126cm high
35 1/4” or 89.5cm wide
12 1/2” or 32cm deep
