A wonderful unused 1970s Stratton powder compact adorned with vibrant crimson enamel and a gilt diamond cut border. There isn't any enamel loss or fading. This compact was lacquered by the makers and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The catch and hinge work perfectly. A lovely black felt pouch and pristine puff are present. The base is signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 76 grams.
